The Enrichment Programme at the Bishop of Winchester Academy is focussed on building positive relationships, learning new skills and inclusive enjoyment and achievement. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a number of activities organised by staff. There is a wide range of activities available for students in the The Arts, Culture and Media, Enterprise and Innovation, Sports and Recreation, Science and Technology and English and Mathematics. At the core of the Enrichment programme at the Academy are the Specialisms of Enterprise and Innovation and Mathematics. The Enrichment Programme will support the Christian Ethos of the Academy.
The Enrichment Programme takes place every Wednesday afternoon from 1.45 to 3.45 pm. For some of the activities students will be required to pay a financial contribution. Students have the option of term long projects or year long projects delivered in 1 or 2 hour sessions. Students will have the opportunity to engage in a targeted English and Mathematics support programme.
