Dear Parents and Carers,

You may be aware from Weduc parent app that there was an incident this afternoon.

A student from another school entered our site and refused to leave.  Police were called, arrived promptly and arrested the young person. At no time were any of our students at risk and the situation was resolved swiftly. 

Students continued as normal with their lessons and will leave the Academy as usual at 3pm.

Please reassure your child that the incident was dealt with promptly and that they were never at any risk.
