Future Chef Workshop

On the 12th February, Future Chef carried out a skilled based workshop of fish filleting with Year 10 Food and Cookery students. Chef Shaun demonstrated how to fillet the Norwegian salmon, cook it using different methods as well as present it in three different ways using rice, vegetables and noodles. Students explored different cooking methods and ways to present the salmon. Their outcomes were aesthetically pleasing and delicious to eat!
