Rewards
Our reward system links closely to our house system. It is important that high quality work, Christian character or showcasing a skill in one or more of the LApps is recognised by teachers and other staff. To celebrate this, we reward students with house points. Throughout the academy day students can be awarded house points by any member of staff . Through collecting house points, you are able to achieve our Bronze, Silver and Gold award. As a year group, we each individually celebrate our rewards in our weekly Acts of Collective Worship, and termly reward assemblies.

LApp badges
Student have the opportunity to earn our academy LApp badges on a daily basis. Each LApp badge has a different meaning and link to our Christian values and curriculum. They help to develop students’ learning character and home key skills which are applicable to life outside the academy. Mentor and teachers nominate students to receive LApp badges in our weekly Acts of Collective Worship.
