Year 9 & 10

It is vital that the students continue with their academic study during the closure. In order to assist the students with their home-based studies, we have taken a number of steps including:

  • A bank of revision lessons, with presentations and resources cover two weeks of lessons
  • An enhanced Knowledge Organiser timetable to cover multiple subjects each day
  • Access to question-level results for all past Knowledge Organiser exams to identify knowledge gaps
  • Extra self-marking independent work set via Hegarty Maths
  • Additional guided work for English via Seneca Learning
  • Set reading tasks to complete during the closure

We understand that these closures have affected the students’ mock exams, and will be ensuring that students have the opportunity to prepare for and undertake their exams and gain the valuable diagnostic feedback they produce. We will provide an update regarding the assessment timetable in due course.
